Our instructor offers a light-hearted Yoga practice with an alignment-based approach and roots in Hatha. Her style of classes involve Yoga postures, breathwork, gestures, and meditation – all beneficial to a balance in mind, body, and soul.

Students will be able to develop strength and endurance, improve balance and flexibility, increase range of motion and cultivate relaxation techniques to help manage the stresses and demands of daily life.

Beginner Yoga
An excellent introduction to Yoga, this class is a combination of flowing movement as well as deeper instruction on specific poses. With an active but unrushed pace, this class develops strength and improves balance and flexibility. Props and modifications will be offered for individual alignment and adaptation.

Gentle Flow Yoga
Nourishing and calming, this class focuses on mindful movement through stretching and breathing. A slow flow-style practice that is great for those who want to soften their focus on details and simply enjoy moving. Suitable for all levels – beginners and those with an experienced practice!

Meditation & Relaxation Yoga
A class beginning with a restorative-style practice, involving gentle stretches and resting in supported poses, then moving into a mindful meditation. Cultivating techniques to help manage the stresses and demands of daily life through completely relaxing mind and body.

Rest & Renew
Rest & Renew is all about nurturing the mind and body through simple, settling poses, often held for a longer time with the help of props such as bolsters, pillows and straps. This class involves gentle stretches, resting in supported poses, and deep breathing – all with an emphasis on relaxing.

Guided Meditations
Meditation is a way to focus and quiet your mind. It is a practical and powerful way to reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration and mindfulness, and provide calmness and inner healing.

Meditation is beneficial if you are feeling distracted and out of touch, if you have had a difficult day at work, or if you are feeling overwhelmed.

Each week will be a different guided meditation from a variety of practices including: mudras, breathing techniques, external object focus, and guided thought, visualization, or experience.
